There are 496 Galway farmers and 164 Roscommon farmers whose 2023 ACRES balancing payment remains to be finalised.
Balancing payments in respect of participation in ACRES in 2023 started to issue in mid-June 2024. Payments have now been finalised for 91% of participants, with as many as possible of the remainder to be paid before 2024 advance payments commence.
