229. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the progress made over the holiday period with a view to resolution of the ongoing dispute at Castletown Estate, Celbridge, County Kildare; if any new proposals have been put forward to bring about a permanent resolution; if Kildare County Council is involved in finding a resolution, which is becoming increasingly necessary due to the ongoing and visible neglect of the property owned by the State; if he might preside at a meeting which might be attended by himself and his Department, the chief executive of Kildare County Council and a representative group of the gatekeepers; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
