To ask the Minister for Health if funding announced recently to enhance support for children with disabilities in County Donegal came out of the same grant fund, namely the Children’s Disability Service Grant Fund; if this was to be emergency funding; the reason the awarding of the grants took so long; if all applications have now been assessed; the number of applications received from County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
