Land Registry falls under the responsibility of Tailte Eireann, who provide a property registration system, property valuation service, and national mapping and surveying infrastructure for the State.

The matter raised by the Deputy are management matters for Tailte Éireann, which is an independent Government agency under the aegis of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
