Údarás na Gaeltachta has informed me that the project at this industrial estate involved the design and construction of a new cell and gene therapy with clean room facility for Hi-Tech Health Laboratories within an existing building at Eastát Tionscail na Tulaigh. Údarás na Gaeltachta have stated that the facility has been licensed and meets all standards associated with Good Manufacturing Practice (G.M.P) and manufacturing processes. The premises has recently received Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) approval. A total of €2,993,334 has been spent on the development to date and there are 15 people employed in the premises.
