To ask the Minister for Health the reason the HSE will not provide specialised footwear to a person (details supplied), in view of the fact that they will be 70 years old in October and the provision of insoles is completely inadequate in this case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
