To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if he will ringfence funding to meet the costs for the provision of radon testing kits for householders, radon being the main cause of lung cancer in non-smokers in Ireland; if he will provide a grant for radon extraction fans in high-risk areas (estimated costs per unit of €1,000-2,000); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
