To ask the Minister for Finance if he will review the recommendations put forward by a charity (details supplied), in particular those relating to issues of pay parity, funding adjustments, and multi-annual funding agreements in relation funding for Irish charities, community, voluntary groups and social enterprises in the upcoming Budget for 2023; and if he will ensure they are implemented in the upcoming budget. I propose to take Questions Nos. 210 and 213 together.
As the Deputy will be aware, it is a long-standing practice that the Minister for Finance does not comment, in advance of the Budget, on any tax matters that might be the subject of a Budget decision.
