To ask the Minister for Health the number of hospital bed days required by patients subdivided into persons under 65 years of age and persons over 65 years of age who were treated for foot ulcerations which did not require a full or partial limb amputation in each of the years 2018 to 2021 and to date in 2022, by county and by CHO; the number of those patients who had diabetes; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
