I understand that the next step in relation to the proposed velodrome is for Sport Ireland to undertake an appropriate financial appraisal, i.e. a Cost Benefit Analysis, in accordance with the Public Spending Code.  Thereafter, any proposal to proceed will be subject in the normal way to the availability of capital funding.
