I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:

Senator Eugene Murphy - The need for the Minister for Justice to make a statement on the establishment of a new Garda station in County Roscommon.

Senator Mary Seery Kearney - The need for the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth to make a statement on budget 2025 allocations for youth work and the subsequent concerns raised by the National Youth Council of Ireland about this allocation.

Senator Timmy Dooley - The need for the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media to make a statement on the application by Clare GAA for funding under the large-scale sport infrastructure fund.

Senator Emer Currie - The need for the Minister for Education to provide an update on the introduction of a common applications system for secondary schools in Dublin West.

Senator Mary Fitzpatrick - The need for the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media to allocate funding under the large-scale sport infrastructure fund for the redevelopment of Dalymount Park, Dublin.

Senator Malcolm Byrne - The need for the Minister for Transport to provide an update on the development of the Dublin to Rosslare rail line.

Senator Tim Lombard - The need for the Minister for Transport to provide an update on the funding request from Cork County Council for the necessary upgrade to Pewterhole Cross near Kinsale, County Cork.

The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion. I have selected those raised Senators Eugene Murphy, Mary Seery Kearney, Timmy Dooley and Emer Currie and they will be taken now. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters that they wish to raise.
