I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Verona Murphy - to discuss the challenges presenting to south east community healthcare to ensure a sustained delivery of disability services.

Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - to discuss the recently published UN special rapporteur report relating to the use of the pseudo-condition of "parental alienation" in family law,

Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - to discuss when the new elective hospital in Cork will go to tender, and when construction will begin.

Deputy Mick Barry - to discuss the situation facing a group of nurses, mainly from India, working as healthcare assistants under a work permit scheme.

Deputy Mattie McGrath - to discuss funding for an independent walkway at Ardfinnan Bridge, Tipperary.

Deputy Gary Gannon - to discuss the need for a state-of-the-art sports facility in Alfie Byrne Park.

Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to discuss the declining numbers of dentists partaking in the dental treatment service scheme.

Deputy Pa Daly - to discuss the ongoing review of the rural social scheme.

Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the closure of Owenacurra mental health unit.

Deputy Paul Murphy - to discuss the publication date for the implementation plan of the national housing strategy for disabled people.

Deputy Joan Collins - to discuss the situation facing a group of nurses, mainly from India, working as healthcare assistants under a work permit scheme.

Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss the pay and conditions of the emergency services.

Deputy James Lawless - to discuss the lack of spaces in autism spectrum disorder, ASD, units across north Kildare.

Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - to discuss the need for a Government response to amendments made to the Wildlife (Amendment) Bill 2016 in the Seanad during the last Dáil so that the Bill can be enacted.

Deputy Jennifer Whitmore - to discuss the ambulance service for Arklow and County Wicklow.

The matters raised by Deputies Bernard J. Durkan, Pádraig O'Sullivan and James Lawless have been selected for discussion.

We had selected four topics and a reserve, and two of the five Members withdrew.
