Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Bill 2013: Order for Second Stage
Bill entitled an Act to give effect to Council Directive 2013/1/EU of 20 December 2012 and for that purpose to amend the European Parliament Elections Act 1997; to amend the Electoral Act 1992, the Referendum Act 1994, the Electoral Act 1997, the Planning and Development Act 2000 and the Local Government Act 2001; and to provide for related matters.
