A document outlining the format of today's joint meeting of the Joint Committee on Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, the Joint Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine and the Joint Committee on European Affairs has been circulated to the members of all three committees. I intend to follow that format and ask members to confine themselves to the two-minute speaking time allocation when asking questions. If there is time, I will allow supplementary questions.

Apologies have been received from Deputies Dara Calleary, Michael Conaghan, Seán Crowe, Dominic Hannigan, Michael McNamara and Joe O'Reilly, and Senators Terry Leyden and Mary White. Deputy Pat Deering is delayed but will arrive in due course. I propose that we suspend briefly to allow time for the Minister and his officials to take their seats. Is that agreed? Agreed.
