To ask the Minister for Health if the HSE currently provides any funding to a local service (details supplied) or if the HSE has provided funding to it at any time in the past; if not, whether the HSE would be willing to enter into a service level agreement with the service to provide funding to assist in the day-to-day running of this vital local service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
