1855.To ask the Minister for Health if he is aware that Section 39 workers who are funded by his Department were excluded from the pay restoration agreement between the Workplace Relations Commission and the HSE and therefore have not received said pay restoration; if he commits to ensuring that Section 39 workers funded by his Department receive pay restoration; and if he will make a statement on the matter.[35406/24]
