To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if his Department plans to enact a Labour Court decision in favour of a pension scheme for supervisors and assistant supervisors of community employment schemes; the levels of discussion currently underway in this regard; the likelihood of a pension scheme being initiated; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
