Question 194: To ask the Minister for Health if accident and emergency units in hospitals are trained in stroke recognition to ensure that any patients presenting in accident and emergency with warning signs of a stroke are immediately provided with medical treatment to prevent serious damage; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
