Stephen Donnelly: I agree. The lady who has stepped into the interim role, who is the COO, has done and is doing a very fine job. We interact very regularly on children's spinal issues, for example. It is agreed, though, that we want a permanent chief executive.

What we did get when I asked, and I must acknowledge the Minister, Deputy Donohoe, in this regard, is that the new REO roles, which I know the Deputy supports, would be linked to the consultant contract for this exact reason.
