Brian Leddin: I accept the Minister of State's response. I will withdraw the amendment. I look forward, as the system changes, to us, as politicians, changing how we do posters for elections, going forward. It is important that we do so. I accept that other bodies are looking at the issue and that change will come in time.

Brian Leddin: If I recall correctly, the Minister of State said he would look at it and come back. It concerns the special purpose vehicles and the mayor's ability to enter into contracts. The council currently has that ability, but it is to change the balance between the elected council and the new mayor.
