Michael Fitzmaurice: Maybe it has changed, but I understood if there was a problem with welfare councils have a vet or a person on animal welfare and the councils were involved in basically rounding up horses.

Is the same thing being applied in the horse industry? There are some places where I wonder whether they have the facilities at all for handling a horse.

I spoke to them about a national retirement fund, and I know this group has also spoken to them about a retirement fund for thoroughbreds.
