Is it fair to say that, notwithstanding the limitations placed on Dr. Wall by legislation and by previous practice, he was sent information about the Dunnes site that he just was not in a position to use? Marc MacSharry: Here is how it looks to me. A protected disclosure was made in the University of Limerick, UL. Pressure was applied. Some of the protected disclosure was withdrawn. I have a kind of conspiratorial mind and I feel pressure was applied to do that. I sympathise with the limitations on the HEA but I am not happy about this. What new powers will the legislation give the HEA?
