Thomas Byrne: That money has been allocated for drawdowns that were expected this year. Those are really grants from 2020. It is not realistic that anything we announced the other day will draw down before the end of the year from the LSSIF funding that we announced this year. It is money from the previous year. It is a matter for the Minister with the overall subheads, so maybe she wants to answer it....
