Verona Murphy: Who inspected them? I am reliably informed that they are not compliant. I am also reliably informed that they are not compliant with parts N or Z. Can the witnesses state whether or not they are compliant? The BER rating is significantly lower than would be the case for a three-bed house that meets the regulations. What is the BER rating for the modular builds?
