Verona Murphy: It would be a major red flag for someone not to insert the valuation price at a minuted meeting where a presentation was made, where money of this nature, exorbitant money, was being spent. Obviously, people will make up their own minds. At what stage was it recognised by Mr. Kelly that stamp duty was going to be on top of this price?
