Aindrias Moynihan: I will return to the reserve. The IFFPG would have to go to the Department to get approval to eat into that reserve and that approval was forthcoming on one or two occasions. Would it have set out a plan on how quickly they were going to recover?

It has absorbed a number of shocks, and Mr. Moloney is telling us it is financially sound provided it is not going to be subjected to another shock in the next seven or eight years. It will be then before it will be back up again at €3 million.
