All of the information on the HSE My Choices website is in English. There is an option to request an interpreter. However, it's important to note that in Ireland interpreting in healthcare, legal settings etc is unregulated and it's considered enough to speak English and another language. Interpreters don't need a qualification in interpreting and are not tested to establish whether or not they can interpret accurately. So it's hard to know what is meant here by 'reliable interpreters'.
