I move:

That Dáil Éireann: (i) approves, in accordance with Article 29.5.2° of Bunreacht na hÉireann, the terms of the Sixteenth General Review of Quotas adopted by the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund by Resolution 79-1 of 15th December, 2023, being an amendment to the State's subscription to the International Monetary Fund under Article III, Section 3(a) of the Fund Agreement (within the meaning of the Bretton Woods Agreements Act 1957 (No. 18 of 1957)), a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 5th November, 2024; and

(ii) approves, in accordance with Article 29.5.2° of Bunreacht na hÉireann, the terms of the decision adopted by the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund by Decision No. 17665-(24/11) on 30th January, 2024, being an amendment to Annex I to the NAB decision (within the meaning of the Bretton Woods Agreements (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 36 of 2022)), a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 5th November, 2024.
