I welcome our colleagues from the Philippines who have joined us today in the Distinguished Visitors Gallery. Some members of the delegation are thuas staighre in the Public Gallery as well. The delegation is being led by the Deputy Speaker of the equivalent Dáil in the Philippines, the honorary Mr. Yasser Alonto Balindong, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of the Philippines, and members of the Philippine Congress Committee on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity.
