I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Mattie McGrath - To discuss the functions and operations of Tusla.

Deputy Bernard Durkan - To discuss the current impasse at Castletown House, Celbridge, County Kildare, and the lack of State access to the property from the N4.

Deputy Paul Murphy - To discuss the metro south west campaign.

Deputy Marian Harkin - To discuss fees to community optometrists and the need for a national public eyecare programme.

Deputy Brian Stanley - To discuss the lack of a domestic violence refuge in several counties.

Deputy Danny Healy-Rae - To discuss funding to connect estates in Kerry to the public sewerage system.

Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - To discuss delays in commencing the community access support team in Limerick.

Deputy Violet-Anne Wynne - To discuss poor housing conditions and lack of protections for renters.

Deputy Darren O'Rourke - To discuss the prospect of waste collection price hikes related to the introduction of the deposit return scheme.

Deputy Chris Andrews - To discuss the transfer of ownership of the DIT site on Aungier Street to a developer.

Deputy Réada Cronin - To discuss the certification issues at Shannonside Foods.

Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - To discuss the communication of the HSE pension abatement.

Deputy Thomas Gould - To discuss the return of therapists to special schools in Cork.

Deputy David Stanton - To discuss establishing a rapid bus transit system along the greenway between Midleton and Youghal.

Deputy Martin Browne - To discuss the recruitment campaign to fill vacancies within children’s disability network teams.

Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - To discuss the need for additional electric trains for the Cork metropolitan train network.

Deputy Pearse Doherty - To discuss the scheduled increase in excise duty on petrol and diesel.

The matters raised by Deputies Bernard Durkan, Danny Healy-Rae, Christopher O'Sullivan and Maurice Quinlivan have been selected for discussion.
