I move:

THAT provision be made in the Act giving effect to this Resolution for the charging in accordance with regulations made by the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, of fees by the Environmental Protection Agency, or such other public authority or other body as may be specified, for certain reviews of licenses or revised licenses which are carried out under the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992."
