I move amendment No. 9:

In page 24, after line 6, to insert the following:

“PART 4

AMENDMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2001

Amendment of section 48 of Mental Health Act 2001

34. Section 48 of the Mental Health Act 2001 is amended, in subsection (6), by the substitution of “5 years” for “3 years”.”.
