Question 87: To ask the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs his views on the implications of the Government's Transport 21 plan for road and rail infrastructure in rural Ireland; his views on whether the current transport infrastructure is insufficient to meet the needs of many in rural Ireland; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
