I move amendment No. 1113:
Effect of repeal of section 120 of Act of 2000 on existing employees
461.The repeal of section 120 of the Act of 2000 by section 6 shall not affect the terms and conditions of employment of a person who, immediately before such repeal, was employed—(a) pursuant to an appointment under subsection (1) of the said section 120, or
(b) under subsection (2) of the said section 120.
