I move amendment No. 303:
In page 226, to delete lines 42 to 45 and substitute the following:
“
| 9. | Section 125 | The following subsection is inserted:“(2) This Chapter (other than sections 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133 and 134) shall apply to—(a) applications under section 291, and (b) requests under section 297.”,and section 125 as it stood immediately before the insertion of the foregoing shall be referred to as subsection (1) of section 125. |
