Is it face-to-face or by e-mail? How does the witness prove it? Is it documented? I was a recruitment consultant and when somebody sent in a curriculum vitae, it was in an e-mail. That depicted that it was one's candidate or client. Was there a formal process in place between ConnectIreland and the IDA to depict a client?
