Thank you for that. We have a very full programme of legislative issues for the next while. I thank you, nevertheless, and we would like to take that opportunity at some stage in the future. Thank you for what you brought to the committee today. It certainly brought some clarity. In your opening statement, Mr. O'Brien, you dealt with the urban-rural issue. Could you, however, write to the committee and confirm that there is no difference between urban and rural charges, just to formalise that position? That would help us in dealing with our constituents for whom the clarification is needed. I have no doubt the witnesses have dealt with it in the committee today but I would ask for that clarification in writing to the clerk who can distribute it to members.
