One-Parent Family Payment (OFP) is a payment for parents under 66 years who are parenting without the support of a partner and whose youngest child is under 7 years of age.

Following your representation, an OFP application form was posted to the person concerned on 15/05/2024. The fully completed application form can be returned to the Newbridge Intreo Centre, Moorefield Road, Newbridge, Co. Kildare W12 T257. The person’s application will be assessed and they will be advised of the outcome in writing.

I trust this clarifies the matter.
