Marc MacSharry: What section of the Act, please? It was €2 million per annum, I understood. Let us not get into pedantics. What section of the Act is it? We are dancing around protocols, one's understanding of the Act and all of that. I have heard it for hours. You once told me at the Committee of Public Accounts that we do not have a gotcha culture in the Civil Service.
