I move amendment No. 1181:

In page 690, after line 5, to insert the following:

“Continuance in operation of statutory instruments made under Act of 2000

545. (1) Save where otherwise provided for by this Act, a statutory instrument in force immediately before the repeal by section 6 of the provision of the Act of 2000 under which it was made shall continue in force on and after that repeal as if made under such provision of this Act as, in substance, confers a power to make a statutory instrument in the same or similar terms as the first-mentioned statutory instrument, and may be amended or revoked accordingly. (2) In this subsection “statutory instrument” has the meaning assigned to it by the Interpretation Act 2005.”.
